Image Panel API

show_images([images, channels, slices, ...])	Display images of current panel.
add_border([left, right, top, bottom, row, ...])	Add border to images.
add_zoom(xy, width, height[, images, ...])	Append zoom parameters to dictionary.
add_cropping([left, right, top, bottom, ...])	Add cropping to an image or a set of images.
add_colorbars([site, channels, tick_labels, ...])	Add colorbars to imagegrid, based on their colormaps.
add_rows_to_delete(rows[, images, ...])	Create dictionary with one dictionary entry per rows that should be deleted.
add_scale_bar(um_per_px[, position, ...])	Add scale bar to image/s.
add_text_within_at_coords(text, x, y[, ...])	Add text on image at coordinates.
add_timestamp(time_per_frame[, start_time, ...])	Add timestamp text to each image in panel.
set_image_scaling([x_scale, y_scale])	Set scaling for how values on image axes should be scaled for displaying the values on the axes ticks (does not change the size of images but only the axes tick values)
add_x_axis([axis_title, site, show_in_rows, ...])	Add x axis to images in image grid.
add_y_axis([axis_title, site, show_in_rows, ...])	Add y axis to images in image grid.
annotate_channel_within_image(channel_names)	Extract channel number from file name (__cx..x-x...x-x...x).
draw_line_on_images(position[, orientation, ...])	Draw a line on images.
draw_marker([frames, channels, images, ...])	Add marker (circle) to specific upper left edge in images.
draw_on_image(targets, direction[, images, ...])	Draw on each of the images specified.
label(text[, position, span, site, ...])	Label specific positions in image grid directly.
label_category(category, texts[, site, ...])	Label a category (images, channels, frames or slices; also _subs).
label_channels(texts[, site, ...])	Label a category (images, channels, frames or slices; also _subs).
label_frames([texts, site, ...])	Label a category (images, channels, frames or slices; also _subs).
label_images([texts, text_prefix, site, ...])	Label images in panel.
rescale_font_size([font_size_factor, ...])	Only possible for single images with single pptx files for now! Only the first slide of the pptx file will be considered.
add_text_on_image(texts[, images, ...])	Add text on image, also delete all text that was added by function "rescale_font_size".
